Information collection and use
ReThink processes personal data in the following manner:
Member information
First and last name
Username
Address
Telephone number
Email address

If you have an account and log in to this website, we will create a temporary cookie file to check whether your browser accepts the cookie files. This cookie file contains no personally identifiable information and disappears when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will create several cookie files to save information about your login and the screen layout selection choices. Cookie files for logging in are valid for two days, and cookie files for layout selection are valid for one year. If you check “Remember me”, your cookie will be available for two weeks. The login cookie files will be removed when you log out of your account.

ReThink processes personal data to administer the association’s activities, such as membership applications and mailings. When we communicate with you, we also use the members’ data. For example, via newsletters, notices or invitations, and when we handle member-related financial transactions such as membership fees.
By becoming a member of the ReThink association, you agree with the association, meaning we have the legal right to store necessary personal data during the membership period.
Who do we share your data with
ReThink only shares your data with third parties when there are legal measures, or you have violated our agreement terms. Authorities such as the tax authorities, police authorities, enforcement authorities and supervisory authorities may then demand that we release your information.
How long we keep your data
For users who register on our website (if any), we also save the personal data they enter in their user profiles. All users can view, edit or delete their data at any time (except change their username). Even website administrators can see and edit this information.
ReThink stores member data during the total membership period and after that for two years. Unpaid members’ data is stored for two years. Accounting documents are stored for seven years according to the Accounting Act.
What rights do you have over your data
You also have the right to be deleted from our register when terminating your membership. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent, which can lead to your membership termination as we cannot fulfil our assignment with you.

We store your personal data in our password-protected IT system.
